
This game was made during my first year at IIM Digital School to become Game Artist. We must all do the game alone, that means: the level, the progammation and the arts. It's a 2D pixel art platform shoot game on PC made with Unity.
Strange thermal activity was discovered on the Moon in 2042. Gérald Friedling is secretly summoned 2 years later by the security officer to investigate this activity. He is the only one with sufficient military experience and is therefore sent equip with the latest generation equipments.

Collectibles & FX.
The 2 first animations are collectables. The diamont for score and the oxygène bottle for heal the player.
The fire flame is an FX at the end.
The others are for background animation on the sky with fixed and mobile stars.













Player
He has basic animations like walking, jumping and waiting with an FX shot animation with a gun and dust moon behind him when he walks.
Finally, the weapon player to kill the enemies and boss.
UI Animated
For the player we have 3 states of health and 2 states of stamina.
For the menu, we have credit information button with push and hover animation and the same for settings.
And have an push animation button for texts
UI fix
There are the background texture for the main menu and next to him for settings menu.
The logo for stamina that have energies bar at his right, see previously in the animations.















Background
For the background, we have : a solid dark blue color for the sky, mountains with climbs and craters for the high low transition, a gradient platforms that goes from gray to blue and a gradient void that goes to black.
Environnement
I made some ground assets like different black and white rocks.
A robot with a variation, a drone, a lunar module, a ladder, different solar panel shapes, a moon rover, and a spaceship.
For guide and help the player, I made torch lights that are white on the asset sprites but not in screens game below or video. Red for the boss, orange for enemies and white for nothing.










Platforms
In this platform game, they are common platforms like:
Unique ground and flying platforms.
Multiple platform for ground and sky with their sides and under texture platform for the ground.
Others
The 3 first animations are tests :
The potion to heal but not coherent in space, the same goes for the golden coin not coherent. And the other circle health that isn't good for health bar.
We have a basic movement for worm enemy animation. And the same for a boss but that I grow in Unity.
Finally, we have a red health bar for enemies and purple one for boss.
